About the owner: Kinga Sektas - Kinga Magdalena Jadwiga Sęktas
The person behind the handmade jewellery shop,
Make-up, Photo Studio, Web Design and Britain's No 1 Handmade Jewellery
Magazine was born by a stylist and hairdresser mum and sailor dad in the
year 1983. Kinga Magdalena Jadwiga Sęktas or Kinga Sektas is an
excellent photographer, creative make-up artist and imaginative
jewellery designer and manufacturer.
At the age of 16, she started working as a store
assistant, waitress and bar staff. Then she became a newspaper Dpty
editor and journalist in the next years of her life. She also worked as a
team leader in the Restaurant on the ship organized and hosts wedding
parties. She also worked in promotions of different companies, private
tutor and administrator. However, one of her best achievements was when
she worked behind the scene in the fashion industry and catwalk shows in
Germany. Then later she became a photo model.
When she was 19, she started the 5 year study of
Engineering and also obtained a Master’s Degree in Technology of Food
and Human Nutrition. Her interest in Dietetics and Human Nutrition made
her decide to work for this particular profession after she graduated.
She was able to do her practice in one of the English NHS Hospital in
Newcastle Staffordshire in the dietician department.
However, later she had begun to ask herself about
the job she dream of. And she remembered her younger years when she was
still a small girl how she loved fashion and jewellery making. This has
led her to decide making handmade jewellery for herself in the year
2008. Since she is fashionably inclined, she started wearing elegant
earrings, which made people in the streets and parties wander where she
got her earrings.
From then on she started making handmade
jewellery for special orders and after many requests, she decided to
start running her own business in designing and manufacturing handmade
jewellery in the year 2010. The following year, her business grew
together with her, and she added a Photography and Make up Studio.
Just very recently, she decided to add customized
home accessories and furniture to her line of services and run her own
independent magazine: Britain's No 1 Handmade Jewellery. In the future,
by 2015, she wishes to grow with her Independent Representative careers
idea.

MAGAZINE COVER GIRL 2014 - Britain's No 1 Handmade Jewellery MagazineBY Kinga Sektas
The front cover of a magazine is a spot most girls can
only dream of but now that dream could become your reality. Kings Sektas
are offering you the chance to become their Cover Girl and it couldn’t
have been made easier for you to get there.
All female models aged between 16 and 35 years old
are invited to grab this unique opportunity. All you need to do is
register, upload your best photograph and get everyone you know to vote
before 1st March 2013.
The top three candidates will go through to stage 2
of the competition and if you manage to gain the most votes overall you
also win a jewellery gift worth £100.
The three top models will go through to the photo
shoot stage along with the candidates who make it through our casting
stages. There’s only 20 spaces up for grabs so if you have a face that
sparkles as much as your accessories then we want to hear about it. All
models that make it to the final stage will take part in a photo session
as well as a video interview and the winning girl will receive a copy
of their portfolio photo shoots worth £500. Not only this but you will
also receive a bespoke modelling page worth £250 and of course the right
to be our Magazine Cover Girl 2014.
The final photo shoot will be taking place in
Staffordshire on Saturday 29th June. As well as the photo shoot you will
also be part of the showcase of our 2014 jewellery collection and as an
extra treat for all candidates jewellery will be half price for that
day only.
All finalists will be asked to arrive wearing
matte make up and to bring along three outfits, one of which should be a
bikini. Your first shoot will be wearing bikini and models will receive
a pair of earrings to wear for the shoot as well as taking part in a
group photograph.
All finalists will receive five photographs from
the shoot worth £100 to use in their personal portfolios as well as
being featured in our Cover Girl finalist articles. There is also a
chance that your photographs will be used in future magazine issues, so
even if you aren’t crowned Cover Girl there are plenty of opportunities
to be noticed.
This is a rare opportunity for you to step out
from the crowd and let your face tell the story behind our brand. Kinga
Sektas was able to follow her childhood dream to pursue fashion has
created jewellery collections that allow women everywhere to express
themselves whatever their personality. Now she is offering you the
chance to follow your dream as her Cover Girl 2014.
